Our shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse, but if you are not satisfied with your purchase, please follow the instructions below:
- Any complaint with regards to damage or stains or stitching or any other should be reported to us within 24 hrs of the receipt of the products. We may ask for a digital picture of the same in order to review the same.
- Item(s) must be returned within 10 days after the delivery, together with proof of purchase.
- Item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, or otherwise unused with all original tags/labels attached.
- Gift cards, clearance sale (Discount sale) and seconds items are not eligible for a refund or exchange.
- Peacock Nation will exchange the returned items free of cost or issue a refund for the cost of the goods to the Bank Accounts given by the respective customer only.
- If you request a refund, the purchase price (excluding delivery charges for online) will be refunded to you through bank transfer once we have received the returned item back and confirmed that it meets conditions above. You are responsible for any costs associated with returning the item to us including any currency conversion and/or local or international taxes.
- Please send a reason email to us before return the product at: email@example.com We would entertain the product return only after receiving mail from the customer.
- Kindly note that It may take up to 5-7 business days for the refund amount to appear on your bank account.
